Get ready for a week bursting with creativity and fun as we explore bold, colorful art from around the world. We’ll paint graffiti murals inspired by Taiwan’s Rainbow Village, spread selfie-ready quetzal wings from Guatemala, and sculpt kawaii backpack charms from Japan. We’ll also decorate wearable Mexican sombreros, roar into Africa with a bold lion project, and create neon Pop Art Statues of Liberty inspired by Andy Warhol. This camp is all about color, culture, and creativity kids can’t wait to show off!

All you need is love, and a big imagination! Create beautiful art projects inspired by peaceful practices from around the world. We’ll make kanji and origami while learning about kindness in Japan, re-create the South African neighborhood that produced two Nobel Peace Prize recipients, follow the Beatles British Invasion of the US and paint “Flower Power” guitars, create beautiful Indian elephant art based on a proverb teaching tolerance, and more! 

Say konnichiwa to an amazing week of art and adventure as we explore the Land of the Rising Sun. We’ll create good luck charms, step into the worlds of samurai and geisha, and experience the beauty of Japanese traditions like the tea ceremony and storytelling. Then we’ll dive into modern Japan with playful anime characters and bright pop-art flowers inspired by Takashi Murakami. From ancient temples to contemporary culture, this week is packed with color, creativity, and fun.  Join us as we “travel” to Japan through art!
